At CIVIVI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
